What is your role at Cortijo La Zapatera?
Owner, marketing manager, sous chef, interior designer and garden manager.
Which activities do you find enjoyable to do?
Making our B&B look and work perfect in the gardens and make them as beautiful as possible.
What is your next project within Cortijo La Zapatera?
Painting 60 columns of the sun terrace in terracotta
What is your favorite place at Cortijo La Zapatera?
The sun terrace.
What is your favorite restaurant in Canillas de Aceituno?
La Sociedad.
Which fiesta do you advise your guests to experience?
The Semana Santa, the holy week before Easter. During this week, daily processions take place in which brotherhoods carry enormous statues of Christ and Mary on enormous platforms with grand display. The processions are both impressive and beautiful to watch and the song and music make it a true spectacle.
What is your favorite time of the year?
All year round, the weather here is always lovely.
